Every runner who completes the 10K will receive one of these fantastic medals at the finish line. Whether you are chasing a PB, taking on your first 10K, running with friends or simply coming along for the atmosphere, this is your race-day reward.

As well as a medal for every 10K finisher, there will also be prizes for our fastest runners.

Age category prizes
Individual male and female prizes will also be awarded in the following age groups:

• 40s

• 50s

• 60s

• 70+
